In his latest appointment, Alexander Meyer was the Chief Customer Officer at The Bay, driving a digital-first customer experience transformation for department store giant Hudson's Bay Company, based in Canada. Before this role, Alexander held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at The Iconic, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company's success for over five years. During his tenure at The Iconic, his outstanding contributions were recognised in the top three CM050 selections on two consecutive occasions. Alexander will return to Europe in September, commencing an exciting CEO role. 

Alexander has achieved remarkable milestones, leaving a lasting impact on The Iconic's growth and success. He masterminded a comprehensive brand repositioning strategy, elevating the retailer's image to new heights. Additionally, Alexander's commitment to diversity & inclusion and sustainability in general, led to the implementation of new initiatives, ensuring that The Iconic remains at the forefront of conscious business practices. Furthermore, he played a pivotal role in the success of the rapid expansion of the retailer's offerings, effectively tapping into new markets and attracting diverse customer segments.
