Promotion Overview
1.1 Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these terms and conditions.
1.2 Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. -
Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to individuals attending the 2023 ADMA Global Forum Live Event.
2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not by these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
2.3 Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
2.4 Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegal entries will be deemed invalid. -
Chocolate Wheel Activation
3.1 The Chocolate Wheel Activation is open to all in-person attendees of the ADMA Global Forum 2023 on Thursday, 24th August 2023.
3.2 Participants are entitled to one spin per turn of the Chocolate Wheel.
3.3 Every participant who spins the Chocolate Wheel will receive a complimentary chocolate bar.
3.4. The first 100 people to spin the wheel will also receive a complimentary Channel 9 water bottle, valued at $10 each.
3.5 Depending on the segment of the Chocolate Wheel where a participant's spin lands, additional opportunities and prizes may be granted.
3.6 If a participant's spin lands on an "INSTANT WIN" segment, congratulations! You've won an instant prize from ADMA's INSTANT WIN prize pool.
3.7 ADMA's INSTANT WIN prize pool includes:
- 3 x MILKLAB Gift Sets, valued at $50 each
- 22 x Frank Body coffee scrubs, valued at $20 each
- 30 x Frank Body Lip Balms, valued at $13 each
- 4 x Elvis the Musical double pass tickets, valued at $150 each.
3.8 INSTANT WIN prizes are subject to availability.
3.9 Participants' INSTANT WIN prizes will be determined by the staff managing the ADMA Chocolate Wheel.
3.9 INSTANT WIN prizes can be claimed immediately at the activation booth. -
Chocolate Wheel Main Prize
4.1 The main prize of the ADMA Chocolate Wheel Activation is a Merivale Gift Card valued at $300.00 and one double pass Elvis the Musical tickets, valued at $150.
4.2 Participants must answer the question correctly based on the segment they land on during the spin.
4.3 Scan the provided QR code and ensure your details are accurately entered. -
Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The main prize winner will be selected through a random draw at the conclusion of the ADMA Global Forum event.
5.2 The draw will choose one winner from all valid entries received.
5.3 The draw will occur on Thursday, 24th August 2023, at 6pm at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf.
5.4 Winners will be randomly drawn at the event's conclusion.
5.5 Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided in their entry. -
Prize
6.1 The winner will receive a $300 Merivale Gift Card and a double pass to Elvis the Musical, valued at $150.
6.2 Only one prize per person is permitted.
6.3 The total prize pool is valued at $5543
6.4 The prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize.
6.5 The prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable for cash.
6.6 In the event that the winner does not claim their prize by the deadline set by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited, and cash will not be awarded instead of the prize.
6.7 All entries become the property of the Promoter. -

7.1 By entering this promotion, you agree to receive marketing communications from The Promoter and the ADMA Global Forum Event Sponsors.
7.2 You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time using the unsubscribe. link provided in each communication.
7.3 The Promoter will use the personal information collected as outlined in its Privacy Policy.
7.4 Once provided to an ADMA Global Forum Event Sponsor, the personal information will be used by that Sponsor as outlined in their respective Privacy Policy.
7.5 Entrants should direct any requests to opt-out, access, update, or correct personnel information to the organization sending the marketing communication. Complaint rregarding the treatment of personal information should be directed according to the respective Privacy Policy. -
