  1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over excluding employees of the Promoter, associates and their immediate relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the judging of the competition.


  1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.


  1. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.


  1. Closing date for entry will be 23:59:59 AEST Friday 4 August 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted. The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judging will take place at the Promoters premises and will begin on Monday 7 August 2023. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details provided in their entry.


  1. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received within the promotional period for any reason whatsoever.


To enter the competition, individuals must go to and follow the prompts to fill in the entry form provided including the contact details requested. Submit the entry as instructed.


  1. This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner; Each entry will be individually judged based on compelling and creative merit of the answer provided and suitability to the promotion. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.



  1. At time of notification, the winner will be required to provide their name, address, email address, and the contact details of the person who will be redeeming the second ticket. 


  1. The winner will receive 2 x General Release Individual Tickets to the ADMA Global Forum 2023 Each ticket is valued at $1,035 (excluding GST) as at date of the competition. Total Prize pool is valued at $2,070 (excluding GST).



  1. Decision as to who will be redeeming the 2 x tickets is the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter will play no part in determining this allocation. Prize does not include travel to and from the venue, spending money, all meals and beverages (unless specified above), and ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.



  1. This prize must be redeemed on the date of the event as stipulated by the Promoter. Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize is not exchangeable or cannot be taken as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, the prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value Redemption of the ticket prize is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the ticket and on the event registration website. The Promoter will not be liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.



  1. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.



  1. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the closing date. Due to the prize having a specific date of redemption, if the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, then the entry will be deemed invalid and no longer eligible for redemption. No alternate prize will be available to this entrant. The judges will deem the next best entry the winner and follow the process to allocated the prize.


  1. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.



  1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.


  1. By entering this promotion, you agree to receiving marketing communications from The Promoter and the ADMA Global Forum Event Sponsors. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time, using the unsubscribe link provided in each communication.


  1. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.   1. The Promoter has the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.  Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.


  1. The Promoter is not responsible nor liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize


  1. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, government health orders, pandemic, state restriction orders,  terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including  but not limited to natural disaster)the  Promoter reserves the right to subject to reference to all relevant  state and territory rules and regulations, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees,  the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
