TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    Promotion Overview

   1.1     Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these terms and conditions.
   1.2     Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2.     Eligibility

   2.1     Entry is open to individuals attending the 2023 ADMA Global Forum Live Event.

   2.2     The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not by these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

   2.3     Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

   2.4     Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegal entries will be deemed invalid.
   2.5.    Scan the provided QR code and ensure your details are accurately entered.

3.     Winner Selection and Notification
   3.1    The winner will be selected through a random draw at the conclusion of the ADMA Global Forum event.
   3.2    The draw will choose one winner from all valid entries received. 
   3.3    The draw will occur on Thursday, 24th August 2023, at 2pm, at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf.
   3.4    Winners will be randomly drawn at the event's conclusion.
   3.5    Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided in their entry.

4.     Prize
   4.1 The winner(s) will receive a copy of 'The Algebra of Happiness', valued at $28 each

   4.2  Only one prize per person is permitted.

   4.3 The prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize.

   4.4    The prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable for cash.

   4.5    In the event that the winner does not claim their prize by the deadline set by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited, and cash will not be awarded instead of the prize.
   4.6    All entries become the property of the Promoter.
   4.7  The total value of the prize pool is $5543

5.     Marketing Communications and Privacy

   5.1    By entering this promotion, you agree to receive marketing communications from The Promoter and the ADMA Global Forum Event Sponsors.

   5.2    You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each communication.

   5.3 The Promoter will use the personal information collected as outlined in its Privacy Policy.
   5.4 Once provided to an ADMA Global Forum Event Sponsor, the personal information will be used by that Sponsor as outlined in their respective Privacy Policy.

   5.5 Entrants should direct any requests to opt-out, access, update, or correct personnel information to the organisation sending the marketing communication. Complaints regarding the treatment of personal information should be directed according to the
   Respective Privacy Policy
